Need old account back

I was so stupid to delete the spotify from apps on my facebook settings...

Now when i try to log in on spotify it starts a new account...

Tried everything they said on the forum...

Think its accountnr: 117116773

Cant reset password cause its connected to facebook but it doesnt work..

Can someone help me to get my premium and all my songs back? Or just my old account??

Please... Cant do anything now...
