Need to take my credit card number off someone else's account

My friend signed up for the 3 month free premium using my debit account.

After only 1 month, I was charged $10.

I need to take my payment information off of her account, but do not have her account information. 

I would like to speak with someone at Spotify for help.

The support team will then reply back as soon as possible.

If you get an auto reply in your email, all you need to do is reply back to it (usually doesn't happen, but sometimes the system does this to prevent spam emails to support)

How do i get my card off my someone elses account
