Pretty big problem for me, I was just charged the £9.99 fee for premium. Pretty sure the account that is being charged is the one i created before going on holiday for a bit, I have barely used it and I've lost all details for it, although i think I do have the username for it. I made this account to be able to make this post.

 

When i try to recover the password, for the account I used an email I dont have access to because i dont want my actual email to be clogged even more with newsletters and spam.

 

 I've tried to guess the password many time but to no avail, anyone got a solution for this, the money that was already taken has made my account go over the limit from going on holidays, so I really need this resolved before the next fee is taken out.

 

I used my actual email for this account since I need this problem solved asap. Thanks.

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.
