Online voucher never sent

The cost for purchasing an online gift voucher was charged to my credit card, however no email with the voucher has been received, and I can't find it in the sent box in my email either. Does anyone know what I can do to sort this out?

Hello!

You would need to contact Spotify directly for this, you can do that here. If you get an automated reply just reply directly to that email (even if it is a no-reply). They should be able to find out what is going on.
