PLEASE anyone answer me!!! Don't have access to my e-mail account!!!!!!!!!

Hi.

I've been a member for years now, and the e-mail I have registered to my spotify account I no longer have access to.

I'm trying to make som changes on my account, but obviously you cant without a password - which I DON'T REMEMBER.

So basically I need to change my e-mail, but how?
What can I do???

Hello and welcome to the community @MissLina 🙂

if you have issues like that you need to contact the spotify support team by using this link. You can't change your password without knowing your e-mail or vice versa. Afterwards you will recieve an automated e-mail which says "noreply" but please reply to it anyway. Also don't forget to check your spam-box as well 🙂

Spotify trys to answer to every e-mail within the first 24 hours so please be patient. 😉
