Paypal Billed - but didn't get premium

So I'm trying to renew my spotify premium via my paypal (which is linked to a credit card). but it says it has an error processing the payment, but the money is already billed from my account.

Card here the the ammount billed from my card.

PAYPAL this is the payment on my paypal.

What's happening?

Do not worry. I can help you with this issue.

It's extremely easy to do duplicate account to where Premiumn account created. Don't worry and contact payments team here.
