I have sent two "contact forms" to Spotify.  Last week, my premium acount seemed to completely disappear.  I have had no response (and yes, I have checked my spam folder!)    I'm logged in, but it keeps asking me if I want to try Premium, and none of my playlists are there!!

 

I need to get this issue resolved asap!  My father is having major surgery, and the only thing I have to do while sitting in the hospital is listen to music.  Could be a long week without it!!

 

HELP  PLEASE !!!!

yes, I did, but it just said basically to check out the "community"

I am having a similar problem. Last week I decided to rid myself of my social media distractions. I deactivated my Facebook account without realizing how frustrating that would be. I recently reactivated it so I could access Spotify. Now, the Premium I have paid for and all my wedding playlists (getting married next week) are gone. Thanks to anyone who can help with this or point me somewhere that might help!
