I had the 30 day trial which expires tomorrow (4/24)  I checked several times over the past couple of days to make sure that 4/24 was the expiration date, so that I could cancel today (4/23)  I went to cancel it and they have already charged me for a month starting today until 5/23    I know I did not get the dates wrong because I checked multiple times!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get that refunded for you. It's worth bearing in mind for anyone else reading this topic, you can cancel at any point during your free trial and your account will remain on Premium for the full 30 days.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
