Premium has stopped working, says I am on free subscription, won't let me resubscribe

Hi!

 

This is super frustration, have been paying this for ages and haven't had a problem, now it won't work. 

 

I tried to resubscribe and it won't let me. 

 

Please fix! I miss this app!

I am experiencing the same issue. I have been paying via Virgin for years and now my account says it is a free version. I have checked with virgin and theybsay I am still subscribed and they are paying Spotify.

 

So can someone please tell me why this is the working

@rozgilbert - Partner subscriptions can be a little tricky. If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to check this out for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
