Pringles Spotify premium code not working

I won 6 months free spotify through the Pringlespartytour game on FB. It gave me a code but when i try to redeem it it says invalid. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

You're sure it was a spotify and not a sony code? If it is a spotify code and it isn't accepted on spotify.com/redeem, check that you have enterd it correctly (it is case sensitive). If you still have problems,  you probably need to get in touch with the promoters.

Yes i did check the Sony site. It definately said 6 months free spotify though 😕 I've emailed both Spotify and pringles so we'll se what happens lol

I got the same problem.

The spotify support team replied my email.

You need to forward the email from Pringles to them (Spotify Support) in order to assist you.

I guessed something wrong in the code given by Pringles.

I managed to get 6 month Premium after that.

Codes are country specific, so maybe there was a mess up there - who knows!

Pringles is just telling to all the people who won the spotify suscription that we are "confused" by the email we got and that we only won a 7 digital song.... I know what I saw in my screen, I'm not stupid nor blind. It did say 6 months spotify suscription.
