Problem with Spotify premium family

Hello, i need your help, i Just subscribed to the family version to one person. When i had to add the e-mail adress of this person, i typed wrong. I want to cancel it to change the e-mail, but when i push the "cancel" button nothing happen.. What can i do ? Thanks for your help, and sorry for my english im french !

So you're already subscribed and can't cancel it? Then I would suggest you to get in touch with Spotify so they can cancel it for you, or do they can change your email address. 

 

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.
