Public playlists don't show up!!

Hey all,

I have a couple playlists that I update often and a lot of my friends love to follow them. Although, my playlists don't show up under my public playlists! When I right-click on the playlist to make it public, the option is greyed out, as if I had already made it public. I included a screenshot of the greyed out option and my empty public playlists screen (all except one lonely playlist). 

I would really appreciate a solution if anyone knows the answer. Everytime I email Spotify they just ignore my questions and aparently you cannot call them!

@calebwestdesign - Collaborative playlists can't be made public. This was intended to stop people from vandalizing collaborative playlists by hiding them from your profile and the search results.
