Recuperar cuenta

Buenas. Tenía cuenta Spotify desde facebook y no me gustaba que se viese que escuchaba, así que le di a eliminar actividad de spotify en facebook, lo que llevo a que se me eliminase la cuenta, canciones y listas. Hay alguna manera de recuperarla? Gracias.

Sorry for the english reply - we don't have a lot of spanish speakers here on the community, but if you would prefer support in spanish get in touch here.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

As for you issue, you most likely just need to sign in using your original Spotify username and password, try the steps in this post and see if they can get you back to your account.

Tengo el mismo problema, había creado mi cuenta con facebook y ayer se me ocurrió desvincularla y ahora ya no puedo entrar a esa cuenta, tenía de numero de ususario este: 12140994528

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get you back to your account. Feel free to write to them in Spanish too! 🙂
