Refund for US Customers?

I never got an email about account renewal and didn't know today was when my account would renew itself, I'm short on cash (college student) and I'd really like this reversed. I've already canceled the sub and so far I don't see any charges to my bank account but PayPal said it had transfered money from it already, so I just really want to be sure that Spotify isn't taking that money I desperately need right now.

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form.

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
