Spotify Family billing

Hi there!!
I was looking for some information about the biling process before upgrading to Spotify Family.

Will only one person get billed for both accounts? or do each family members pay their own bill?

One person (the group administrator) pays for everything as one payment monthly.

I also heard a current premium account should be canceled before upgrading to family subscription is that true?
And if yes then do i have to cancel the two family members subscription before upgrading to a 3 members subscription and re invite everyone over? Hope you can still follow me..
