Spotify has continued to charge me after I cancelled Premium

Spotify has continued to charge me after I cancelled Premium. I cancelled it over a month ago, but I'm still being charged the monthly fee. Where can I get this resolved?

Hey there! Click this link to check subscription status. If you could, post back here what it says. You'll want to make sure that it says free and shows an expiration date in the past. 

I also recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support if unable to resolve through above link. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.

It says I still have Spotify Premium on the subscription status page.

I will use their contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and spam folder for a reply from the team and make sure that you reply back to that email - even if it came from a "No-Reply" address.
