Student Discount

Please help! I used the student discount to pay half for premium. after sending a proof doc. and getting confermed, it kept getting errors and asking me to fill in my information over an over again and to add my credit card again. I talked about that issue on this board and I was told it'll tell me that it is $9.99 but it'll only charge me $4.99 but now when I try to upgrade to premium I'm getting an error about the purches not being abailible. someone please help me being able to go through with the transaction and get my spotify for my promised amount. I tried the spotify.com/us/student link and the spotify.com/account/subscription link. Ive attached screen shots to show what its doing to me.

I'm having the same problem and its really irritating. I got verified and everything and I'm getting the same error

I've got the same problem. I got verified but it's still charging me $9.99...
