Student with .edu email address, subscription still $10/month

Hello everyone.

I saw a few weeks ago that Spotify is offering premium membership to students at $5/month.  I hadn't yet used my free trial, so I started that and intended to continue with Spotify premium after that.  However, despite having a .edu email address, it says that I will be billed $10 in a couple weeks to continue.  I was hoping to find out how to get the price adjusted to the student rate.

I've enjoyed the premium experience so far and hope I'll be able to continue.

You need to verify your student status via SheerID.
