Subscription is £4.95

I pay my monthly subsription for 4.95 and yet i do not see this level on the spotify subsription options... only free and 9.99 for premium.. could someone tell me how i can speak to someone to help me out?

There used to be a subscription called "Unlimited" which allowed you to listen without adds on the desktop. With "Premium" you can listen on your phone, too, and create offline playlists (+ HQ streaming). New users can't choose between unlimited and premium anymore (in your country).

Yup, unfortunately @Carina is correct, from reports on the community it appears Spotify Unlimited is no longer being offered.

For whatever reason, my free account can still access the unlimited subscription page at the following link which might be worth a shot:
