The Times upgrade to Spotify Premium

The Times upgrade to Spotify Premium

I have an Spotify Unlimited account which is supposed to be upgraded to Premium with my recently renewed Times & Sunday Times Digital Pack membership.

 

On the "Redeem your code" page, I enter the voucher code that The Times have given me, and see this:

 

"Unfortunately you can't apply this Premium code on your account. This is likely because you have an existing Premium subscription that cannot be combined with a Premium code".

 

What do I do now and why is there no live/phone support?

In order to add a new offer or subscription, you would need the existing to be cancelled with the account showing as a Free subscription. No fears, the teams over at our contact form can assist. Reach over to it here!

 

If you could reply back to the automated message you receive, it'll make sure one of the correct team get it and we can take it from there. Let us know the 8 digit case # and I'll make sure things are oushed along. 😉
