Think I have double account

Hi,

 

By reading I think I have a double account, and can only log in to the boring new one. There from I can follow the old one, but thats not good cause I can't change playlists etc. I have contacted support, but its a confusing mail they send back. I don't understand wheter or not they will contact me? It looks like they just tell me to check out community and help - but i already did that off cause! Their replies to other users are to contact support :S

So confused....

@Hstokholm - Just reply directly to that automated email from support (even if it is from no reply) and an adviser will be in touch to lend a hand.
