Took payment 3 months later? Yet no premium??

Hey, just checked my paypal and saw that Spotify had taken 15$ for something I ordered 3 months ago (some special offer thing) and never recieved. Back then there was a transaction that was sent back to me, and now it popped up again all of a sudden? I've cancelled further transactions from Spotify, and since I have not recieved the offer I paid for I want my money back. 😕

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Spotify don't deal with any billing issues here on the community I'm afraid. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
