Transfer subscription to another user

Is there a way to transfer a premium subscription to another user? I do not really use spotify that much but I have a friend that does and I would not mind paying for her premium account subscription instead of giving her a gift card.

I'm afraid it isn't possible to transfer subscriptions between accounts.
