I am trying to upgrade to premium, but I can't recall my password. When I ask to send an email to reset the password it never comes through. I am also checking my spam filter - but no luck. Please help. Thank you.

Spotify sucks. They don't have an answer for this. They force you to sign up with Facebook and then say you don't have a password.

I'm in this situation. I can't cancel my subscription as I don't have a potify password. :(

Hi everyone - Users that joined via Facebook simply need to use their Facebook password. No need for a separate Spotify password too.
If you're receiving a 'wrong password' message while trying to upgrade/ downgrade, there are two things you should try:
1. Change your internet browser. For instance, if you're using Explorer try switching to Chrome or Firefox
2. Go to your Facebook profile and be sure you're logged out
Then head over to your subscription page and try again.
