Unable to buy gift card

Hi

I'm trying to buy a gift card via https://www.spotify.com/ch-de/get-spotify/e-card/ (Switzerland)

Unfortunately, after filling out the form and proceeding to the 2nd step, I just get this error message displayed: «Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area»

I tried to order in Chrome and Firefox under both Windows and Ubuntu/Linux with no luck so far.

Can someone help me out here?

I am also getting this issue in the US. I am a premium subscriber trying to buy a gift card for my sister.  This is pretty frustrating.  Any luck on a solution?

Strange, is it possible to try a different browser (and double check you haven't been billed)?

Retried with Internet Explorer (it was Chrome before). Now I get "502 Bad Gateway"

Hey @bering -- just to check, are you getting the error as soon as you load https://www.spotify.com/dk/get-spotify/e-card/ or after clicking Continue on that page after filling out all of your details?

I have the same issue, getting same error while trying to buy a gift card.

I am based in Singapore, and using Firefox 29

Normally these issues are only temporary, are you still having problems?

I just bought 3 gift, and on 4th one o got this problem:

Spotify do limit the number of cards you can buy/redeem in one day, so I suspect you have hit the limit.

I changed account, buy 2 more and after that they are not accepting my cc 🙂

As mentioned above, Spotify do place limits on the amount of gift/eCards you can buy in one day, it is a method of fraud prevention to stop people buying loads of Premium codes with stolen payment details. Those limits include limits on the number an account can buy but also on payment cards.

I am getting the same message . I am a premium member and using Chrome browser. 

Any solutions - ???
