Unable to enter payment details for premium

Hey,

I want to subscribe to Spotify premium. I can choose the payment method and it shows me the total balance. But then, continuing, the next pages it shows me is a blank page, only with the header of spotify but no options to enter any furhter payment details. Changing the payment method doesn't help me as it's saying "An error occured" or still showing a blank page.

Have you tried a different browser or clearing your browsing data and then trying again? Here is the subscriptions page directly 🙂

i´ve got the same problem.

it doesnt work with my browser (firefox, PC) and android app.

what can i do?
