That is the unlimited upgrade page, but Spotify Unlimited is not available in Brazil.

You should be able to upgrade to Premium here:

I tried in that link, Peter, and still shows up the "not supported" message.

I was a premium user until spotify canceled my subscription for no reason, and since that the "not supported" message is all that i can see in the purchase page.

Yes, i did. I tried with Google Chrome and Internet Explorer, both of them show me the "not supported" message.

Sounds like there may be something up with the payment details on your account. If you could drop the payments team an email directly using the online contact form they will be able to check this out in a little more detail for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
