Visa card declined...

Hi

Trying to get premium with  my VISA card issued in Sweden, while I'm in Philippines. The transaction is declined every time without any further error message. Anyone else with the same issue?

Your registered country and payment card must be registered in the same country, which is why your payment is being declined. If you have a Swedish card, change your country over to Sweden from your online profile:

You should then be able to subscribe. 🙂

I have the same problem.  I cannot fullfill the subscription with my visa card registered in Spain whil  I'm using the service in Mexico. 

But the problem is that I cannot change the country neither  in my profile (from Mexcio to Spain), therefore I cannot fulfuill the suscription. 

I kindly ask you for help.
