Vodafone spotify premium not upgrading

Hi, on the 27th July I registered for my 6 month spotify premium service which Vodafone offer with there 4g tariff. I am becoming frustrated that my free version is not upgrading after 2 days. I have contacted Vodafone and they tell me that at there end I have registered correctly and it is an issue the spotify end. Please help

@Dannhck - Drop the Spotify support team an email directly using the online contact form and they can look into this a little closer for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks for the advice. I have done this at 10am this morning. Am I being to impatient?

Maybe, as long as you have replied to the automated email they aim to reply within 24 hours.
