Why my email is not accepted?

Why my email is not accepted?

a) I tried to create an account to Spotify using my email in gmail. Spotify said, the email is already taken. That´s not possible, because I havent used this email for Spotify So..

 

b) I created another email just for Spotify purpose, and when I try to use the new email to log in, Spotify cant accept that either.

 

What to do??

Welcome at the Spotify Community!

 

If you made an new e-mail address (2) then it should be able to accept that.

Have you already tried the incognito (private) mode of your browser, or have you already tried another browser?

If you created your account using an email address, you need to log in using your Spotify username which you will have chosen during registration rather than your email address.
