Worldwide Student Discount

I was approved for the student discount and was sent an email and followed through all the steps the email requested. Although, under my account info, it still says my bill is $9.99 and the first free month recently ran out so I do not want to pay the bill until I get the discount applied. Since there is no contact number for Spotify, how can I get this changed?

Hey 🙂

You are able get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 

 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
