Your UNiDAYS account is already associated with another Spotify account.

Hello all,

I got a student discount for Spotify through a student website UNiDAYS and 

I clicked to reedem the voucher the first time and it seems that the voucher got associated with my

other spotify account I made through facebook even though I haven't payed for any subscription.

Well know I have a new spotify account and would like to use that voucher on the new one.

How can I un-associate the unused voucher and associate it to my new spotify account?

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.
