account hijack?

Hi!

 

In account settings in my account the wrong email is listed, and it looks like my password is changed when trying to login without facebook....     i'm able to login with facebook, but not able to change my email or password because of "wrong password"....     is my account hijacked by someone else? 

 

When logging in with facebook i see my premium account is active, and all playlists are present...

 

i also tried to create a support ticket, but have not heard back from support...

It's possible the email replies are going to the wrong address listed on your account. 

 

Try using this form:

https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-password/


If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
