can't change my country

Hi,

I have a problem. I moved from Germany to Santiago de Chile. I want to use still my free account but I can't change my country without paying. Can you help me?

It is my understanding that you will have to give payment information in order you are who you are and your are living in that country. However, you do not need to get a payed subscription (though if you have a paid subscripton, this will have to be changed to the new country via this process).

As long as your current IP address locates to inside Chile and you don't have any payment details on your account, you should be able to simply change your country from your online profile:
https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/

If that doesn't work straight away, try using a different browser (which often does the trick) and also make sure your IP address location is correct on this page:
http://www.maxmind.com/en/locate_my_ip

I've got the same problem, i'm registered in France, but now living in French Polynesia. In the page "my profile" i can't change my country, no other choice than France is proposed. When i make an ip adress check, my ip is well located in french polynesia. 

I've also uninstalled spotify from my tablet, and now i can't re install it : Play store or aptoid say "spotify is not available in your country"

But French Polynesia is in the list of countries with Spotify...What can i do to find back Spotify on my tablet ????
