cannot cancel subscription

I want to cancel my free subscription as i know i will be charged very soon for the next month. However when trying to cancel my subscription i have to enter my facebook password to authorize it. I do this and every time it comes back saying there was an error and it was unable to cancel my subscription.

someone please help!!!
