customer service not replying, account blocked

hello there,

i've had a premium account since mid july and after 3-4 weeks i couldn't log in anymore. i contacted the support and they said that i might've bought a fake premium code. i'm not sure how that is even possible but ever since that mail the support did not reply anymore (was sent on the 19th). i just want to know what is happening next and how i can get my account back???

it's fine if i lose the premium status and i have already contacted the seller of the code, but i would like to keep my playlists and songs.

btw i had to create a second account to write this so this is not the one it's about.
