foreign transaction fee

i bough a Spotify gfit card US online version and my credit card viewed the Spotify charge as a foreign transaction from London and they charged a "foreign transaction fee".

(I also have a monthly premium spotify account and my credit card doesn't charge any additional "foreign transaction fee")

does anyone else have this problem?

Re: foreign transaction fee

Conma2cang - This amount is reserved from your bank account in order to authorise your credit card after you've updated the card details or made a payment on our website. This is an authorisation only. It means that this amount will be reserved for between 3 - 5 days, and then will be released. The amount is not debited and no money will be taken. If it's a subscription, you'll be billed again as normal on your renewal date.
