total reset

Could you please reset my devices.  I realise this will delete any offline playlists etc.

I am particularly keen to reset the "starred list" which shows 14 tracks that I cannot delete ???

Thanks for reaching out to us.

You can reset the offline devices yourself now. Simply head over to here and select 'remove all devices'. Hope that helps out?
