because the first month is free and the bank wont authorize a zero amount. can you just order Spoify without the first month free?

I would suggest you get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get you up and running. My suggestion would be to purchase an eCard for yourself (since I'm not sure of a way to opt-out of the free trial), once you have done that, if you try and subscribe in the future you won't be offered the trial. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
