withdrawn offline access after reinstalling

Hi

i can no longer get offline access on my computer. I had to reinstall it as it would only work off line before. I'm only aware of it being installed on 2 devices?

Spotify count's "devices" as unique caches of content, so a reinstall may count as an additional device on your account. 

Try the steps in this help page and see if they can get you up and running again. If not drop a post onto this topic and a member of the Spotify team will be able to reset your offline devices for you.
