I have a problem with connecting my phone (Samsung S3) and my computer (Acer Aspire). Both have running Spotify app and under Devices i see my phone. When I play music and press the connection button it doen't give me any options 😞 please help me.

Can you check your windows firewall isn't blocking the Spotify app. Also make sure upnp is enabled on your router.

If that is all good then make sure you've rebooted the phone, pc & router and try again.

If all not working a clean install on all devices should fix it
