I recently deleted my playlist by accident, is there any way I can get it back?

I have just done exactly the same thing, after being up until 2am getting a load of songs for my friend's hen party (which is tomorrow) :( I could cry! If there is anything you can do to help me retrieve it I would be so grateful. It was called 'Fay's hen party'.

I also accidentally deleted my playlist entitled "Ultimate Party Playlist". Is there any way I can retrieve it?
