I can't see anything missing on your account. Your 424 playlists all appear to be present. When you say your playlists are empty do you mean that they are just missing, or that they contain no tracks?

Have you tried the usual troubleshooting steps? Log out and in again, reinstall, etc.

If the problem still occurs please let me see a screenshot if you can make one. That will help me figure out what's going on.

glennski - Your account has been quite stubborn for us. We haven't given up though--please shut down the app to see if they've returned this time. 

bailtheythomson - I believe the issue here is you've made a duplicate account via Facebook. All you need to do is log out and log back in with your 'baileythomson' username (not your email). 

It's a good idea to check out this thread regarding duplicate account as well.
