People following my secret playlist

I have gotten several messages telling me that someone is following my playlist, i have tried unpublishing it but this has not helped, i keep getting new people following it.

I've tried to right click it to see if it is published, but no, it says "make public".

Something must be wrong, how do i get rid of the followers and prevent more pepole following my playlists in the future?

Simple answer is, there is nothing you can do apart from make a new secret playlist.

Essentially, setting a playlist as secret only stops it from appearing in search and on your profile. If it ever was public and someone followed it (or you manually shared it with someone), then they will continue to be able to see it after you make it secret, and they are free to share it with others.
