Premium Offline available error

Hi sorry for bad English,

I purchased a Premium Account, now I want my playlists offline available. But I always get an error:

"Downloading of offline tracks failed. Maybe the disk is full?"

I have 2 Disks on my Laptop C: Windows SSD 80GB, 2GB free space - D: Disk for Data 1TB, 500GB free space.

I changed the "Cache" folder to D:

Are the downloaded songs in that cache folder or anywhere else?

And why do I get this error?

Thanks

I am getting this same problem. Did you get it resolved?

Re: Premium Offline available error

I'm having the same problem. Last time I logged in I set all my playlists to be available offline. Now I cannot listen to any playlists online or offline. I have 4GB of space available.

Re: Premium Offline available error

Hi, I got it sorted. I had only a few GB of data left on my Mac hard drive. I moved a few big files onto my external hard rive and now spotify is working again :)

Re: Premium Offline available error

I have the same problem and I tried to do what you say but I don't find the Spotify "files" on my phone memory. I've just opened all my files and nothing. I don't know where it is because on my phone settings I can prove that "Spotify documents" are saved in phone memory but I don't find it.

I'm desesperate because I have a 8GB memory card almost empty and Spotify tells me I don't have memory. It seems a joke!

please help!

thank you!
