I can't believe this hasn't been fixed yet. It's quite annoying!
It's not just the cover of the album not refreshing, but also the buttons, description, radios, and some of the apps such as Soundrop not working properly.
I think three weeks of multiple bug reports should already be worthy of some attention!

Spotify doesn't give a crap about us! I have posted on their facebook page, tweeted to them, whatever I can do publicly and they don't care! You guys should also publicly post as well, make an example of them out in the open! This is awful! SO dissatisfied!

Wonder if it'd be worth emailing this thread -- and the "Spotify crashes the moment I open it" thread, which also affects 10.5.8 users and has been going on since the same time, if my eyes don't deceive me -- to some well-read tech and app blogs to see if they'd cover it?
At the very minimum, we might get some actual suggestions aside from "clear your cache."
Oh yeah, and remember to cancel your subscriptions, kids!
edit u mad spotify? :3

I c&p'd my complaing and I am currently posting it on the comments section of their facebook page- if that doesn't get their attention, then I don't know what will. That's an EXCELLENT idea, though!

A hashtag for Twitter would also make them look into this... Something like #SpotifyBug, with all affected users tweeting about it every day at least once. We can link to this thread...

new version and anything new... this section is called "community help" or better "community lost"

Tweeted! And I will continue to do so every day!

Apparently, pengie's post was edited by a moderator (David), so they must be aware of the issue (unless moderators are just 'super-users' and not Spotify workers).
The question is if they will work on a solution or they have decided to ignore Leopard users (in either case, I'd like an official statement...)
Btw, I've already tweeted as well using the #SpotifyBug hashtag.

ROFL. FWIW, my post originally said something along the lines of "maybe we'll get some suggestions other than "herp derp clear your cache"." Guess that ticked somebody off eh?
Edit our posts all you want guys. Just goes to show you, you'd rather edit silly comments out of user posts than actually respond to to the thread with anything other than "we're looking at it." We're not just pointlessly complaining here. We've asked for the issue to be fixed and understand that it's not an overnight thing. HOWEVER, people have been waiting, what, four weeks now? We've asked for an older working version and been ignored. We've asked for an ETA and been ignored. We've canceled our subscriptions and been ignored. So if you'd rather spend your time editing what I post in this thread, go for it. We'll continue to leave you for other services. It's a fair deal to me.
