So I deleted the app on facebook and now its working. But does that mean I won't be able to connect to friends?

Hey Andrew, to fix this we just need to disconnect your account from Facebook. You can do this from your Preferences, but in this case I've given it a go for you.

So please just try connecting to Facebook again. You might get a red 'failed to enable Spotify Social bar' if you deleted the Facebook app. Let me know if so and we'll proceed from there.

So I tried to connect to facebook again, and the same thing happens. Can you go into a little more detail about what is going on here?  Will I just be unable to use that feature?  Also, do I have to use facebook to connect to other spotify users? I don't care about posting what I am listening to on facebook. I would like to share music with the people I know on spotify. Is there a way to search for people without using facebook?

With the pop-up for the facebook connecting, i am not able to play music. The only way to get rid of the pop-up is to close it, which logs me out of spotify. The idea here is, Remove pop-up?

Yes, there is. You can search for users if you know their username by tapping in the following code - 

spotify:user:<username>

And you replace <username> with the username of the user. And I'll say username again just for good measure.

However, little uncertain about wht this is popping up again. We'll try and take a little look into this...

One solution we can try is disconnecting your Facebook from your 'kylem30' account. Let us know if that's something you'd like to try.

Hi wrkbod87- I've just disconnected Facebook from your 'Zjackson3' account as well.

Please restart the app and sign in with your username and Spotify password. You should then be able to try reconnecting to Facebook via your Preferences page.
