I pay £9.99 a month for this hsit not to work, im getting beyond pissed off with this now, all i want to do is listen to a "constant" strea, of music!!!

Whenim listening it will suddenly go to OFFLINE mode.. you are not connected to the internet, when clearly i am as im posting to your forum?

Yet no spotify!!

Also, when it plays, it will play 1 song and then wait an eternity to play another song.... i have a 100mb pipe WTF is going on spotify.. its been like this for 2-3 weeks now if it continues on you will be giving me a **bleep** refund and i will not recommend this to anyone.

If im paying for this service it should work WIOTHOUT problems.

SORT IT OUT please!

Happened to me today. I'm on a 40m/b line and internet connection is just fine. Yet Spotify only gives me offline mode. Not paying for premium to not getting online mode. If I wanted an offline program i'd just get something that is free.

All of a sudden I am also in offline mode. Get error-code 117. Page that explains what this is, won't load.

Please give us some music, not an assortment of bugs.

Happened to me today, and has happened before.  If spotify does not get their act together they are going to lose my 4 GBp per month.  They provide no customer service so you are at their mercy.  screw that, who needs them

I have the same problem, I have a Premium account and every week I get a message that Spotify is in offline mode, also I cannot access playlists which should be available offline.

Please sort it out!

Online playlists won't be available if it's not online, only playlists that consist of music on your PC will be.

im happy to see this is not just me.. its a bit of a piss take if you ask me. i think we should be getting a free month worth of spotify as the service is going DOWN hill !!
