Spotify won't update from version 0.9.6.81

I have Spotify 0.9.8.61 - my version screen

As you can see, the client tells me, that new version is waiting for me, but after reboot of the client the mesage appears again, as if update wasnt done. 

What should i do to get this update. It's really annoying

I'm not sure why this happens occasionally but if you could do a manual reinstall, that should fix the issue.
