It used to be that sharing on Twitter revealed the track and artist information, as well as the Spotify address, with an opening hash tag #NowPlaying. I could edit it and add comments about the song, and shorten the URL. Now, only the bare Spotify address goes out. Is there a way to add information or comments when sharing to Twitter?

I miss that feature too! - Please bring it back.

The box you see when sharing should look a little something like this, except blank -
As you can see, I've added my own message, as well as adding the #NowPlaying - You'll have to do this manually now.
It should then appear in your Twitter feed like so -

Why doesn't it prepopulate? It doesn't make any sense why this is now blank, when you could just clear it out before if you wanted your own message.
I don't feel like sharing on Twitter anymore, as I have to manually type in the artist and track name.

Hi,
I am new to using spotify with twitter and was curious to know, when sharing to twitter is there a way for spotify to automatically insert the small music symbol into a tweet, or do I have to manually copy and paste it each time?
Thanks

It looks like things might have changed since we last posted here. To keep things fresh, let's try sharing to Twitter again:
End result:
So everything after "test" gets put in automatically for you now.
